Graham is an Associate in the Litigation and Insolvency Practice Group representing corporate and private clients in commercial disputes, generally with an international element.
Prior to joining Appleby in 2009, Graham practiced at Burges Salmon LLP in Bristol where he acted on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters in the Commercial Disputes and then Tax and Trusts departments. Before his time at Burges Salmon LLP, Graham was a member of the Dispute Resolution department, Environment, Planning and Regulatory team, of the Magic Circle firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he also trained.
Graham holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) degree from Oxford University. Before attending Oxford University, he graduated from Bristol Universtiy with first class honours (LLB). He completed his legal studies, the Legal Practice Course, at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2003.
